Chairman Olson opened the hearing on the bill.
Chairman Olson called upon Eileen Ma for a Revisor of Statutes overview of the bill.
Chairman Olson called for Lee Modesitt to provide the primary proponent testimony in support of the bill. Mr. Modesitt answered some technical questions from the committee.(Attachment 3)
