Chairman Sutton opened the hearing on SB105.
Revisor Heim gave an overview of the bill.
Amanda L. Stanley provided proponent testimony. She stated that the bill would provide cities the flexibility to set the swearing in of elected officials at a time that works withing the established regular meeting schedule.(Attachment 4)
Lisa Larsen submitted written proponent testimony.(Attachment 5)
