Martha Cooper with the Kansas Department of Health and Environment testified about the credentialing process for a health care occupation in pursuant to K.A.R. 28-60-2(a) regarding the nine criteria needed to meet the requirements. 4 public meetings were scheduled with the committee report finalized in January 2019 (Attachment 40).
