Chairman Olson opened the hearing on the bill and he called for a Revisor of Statutes explanation of the bill. Eileen Ma provided the explanation.
Proponent Lee Modesitt stated that the intent of the bill is to provide a statute cleanup to remove language no longer in effect. (Attachment 1)
Seeing no further testimony offered, Chairman Olson closed the hearing on the bill.
