Chairperson Wagle called for final action on SB 22.
Senator Kerschen moved, Senator Longbine seconded, to amend the bill with the balloon amendment proposed in the Kansas Chamber of Commerce testimony from January 26, 2019. Motion carried.
Senator Holland expressed concerns he has with the bill and distributed a document displaying the SGF profile based on the Governor's budget (Attachment 19) and a second document displaying the SGF profile that included the fiscal note associated with this bill (Attachment 20).
Senator Kerschen moved, Senator Lynn seconded, to recommend SB 22, as amended, favorably for passage. Motion carried.
Chairperson Wagle adjourned the meeting at 10:28 am.
