Senator Pettey motioned to move SB422 and it was seconded by Senator Denning.
Senator Denning asked if SB423 would be placed in SB422. Senator Denning stated he brought an amendment if anyone wanted to take out the 30% property increase, but he will not make a motion. (Attachment 4)
Questions were asked of the Committee.
Senator Kerschen moved the amendment brought by Senator Denning, and it was seconded by Senator McGinn.
A discussion ensued on the bill.
Senator Pettey provided a substitute amendment and questions were presented from the Committee. (Attachment 5)

A discussion ensued on the bill and previous amendments.
The Committee voted on the substitute amendment. The motion failed.
