Matt Sterling, Revisor of Statutes, gave an overview of HB2700, requiring redaction of social security numbers in documents available for public inspection and copying.

Representative Keith Esau, District 14, spoke in support of HB2700. He noted this bill would require any public documents with social security numbers on them for the numbers to be removed before access to the documents are made public. (Attachment 1)
