Chairperson Bowers opened the hearing on HB2604. Mike Heim, staff revisor, presented a briefing on the bill and answered questions from the Committee.
Representative Keith Esau testified in support of HB2604. Representative Esau indicated this bill basically requires posting of the precinct-level election results by the Secretary of State's office. Representative Esau addressed questions from the Committee. (Attachment 1)
