Chairman Wilborn opened the hearing on HB2455 - Require the juvenile justice oversight committee to monitor instead of calculate state expenditures avoided as a result of reductions in out-of-home placement of juvenile offenders.  Jason Thompson provided an overview of the bill.  (Attachment 4)

There were no conferees to speak on the bill.

The Chairman pointed out written testimony in support of HB2455 submitted by Joe Norwood, Secretary of Corrections.  (Attachment 5)

There being no other testimony submitted, Chairman Wilborn closed the hearing on HB2455.
