Campus free speech protection act.

Chairman Estes reopened action on SB340.

Senator Ty Masterson moved to rescind any amendments that were previously added to SB340, seconded by Senator Rob Olson. Motion passed.

Senator Ty Masterson moved to amend SB340 to include amendment to be the same as Higher Education amendments. (Attachment 1)

The motion was seconded by Senator Rob Olson. The motion to amend passed.

Senator Ty Masterson moved to pass SB340 as now amended, seconded by Senator Rob Olson. Motion to pass favorably SB340 as amended carried.

Senator Lynn Rogers requested his no vote be recorded.

The meeting was adjourned at 9:59am.
