Vice Chair Clark opened discussion on HB 2196 and proposed Substitute for HB 2196, and recognized Jenna Moyer, Assistant Revisor of Statutes, who briefed the committee on the bill and proposed substitute. (Attachment 1) A question and answer period followed. Committee members further discussed items related to the bill and proposed substitute before Vice Chair Clark officially closed the discussion.
Discussion and possible action on HB 2196 is scheduled for Thursday, February 8, 2018.
