Short Title

Repealing property tax exemption for certain pipeline property.

Minutes Content for Tue, Apr 4, 2017

Scott Wells, Assistant Revisor provided an overview on HB2406 noting it would repeal 79227 which is the property tax exemption for certain pipeline property.  Section 1 of the bill provides for property that is already exempt due to the statute and would continue the exemption for the remainder of the 10 years.
