Chairman Kerschen opened the hearing on HB2080.
Tamera Lawrence of the Revisor's Office explained the bill.
Gary Hanson testified in support of the bill. He believes that this bill will put an end to unreasonably high charges for water benefit units on property that has been forfeited or sold.(Attachment 5)
After brief discussion, Chairperson Kerschen closed the hearing on HB2080.
