Representative Concannon moved to pass HB2107 favorably out of committee. Representative Eplee seconded the motion.
Eileen Ma, Office of the Revisor of Statutes, gave a briefing on the balloon amendment made for HB2107 (Attachment 11).
Representative Barker made a motion to amend HB2107. Representative Wilson seconded the motion. There was no discussion on the motion, and no action was taken on the amendment.
Representative Concannon moved to pass HB2107 out favorably as amended with Representative Holscher seconding the motion.
Representative Lakin moved to amend certain areas of HB2107. The motion was seconded by Representative Powell.
Representative Barker made a motion to table HB2107 for 48 hours.. Since the motion to table is non-debatable, no second was required and the motion carried on a voice vote and the bill was tabled for 48 hours.
