Chairperson Barker opened the hearing on HB2102. Jason Long, Office of Revisor of Statutes, gave an overview of the bill (Attachment 1). Representative Ruiz and Chairperson Barker had questions.
Chairperson Barker recognized Representative Ron Highland as a proponent of HB2102 (Attachment 2. Representative Humphries had a question for the conferee.
Chairperson Barker noted that there was written proponent testimony by Travis Altenhofen, Pottawatomie County Commission (Attachment 3). Chairperson Barker asked if there were any opponents or neutrals who wanted to testify. There were none.
Chairperson Barker closed the hearing on HB2102.
