Chairperson Longbine opened the hearing on SB20. Eileen Ma presented an overview of the bill's provisions, reflecting that the purpose of SB20 is to update the State Bank Code and make some technical corrections.
Judi Stork spoke in support of SB20, detailing the changes requested in this update to the bank code. (Attachment 4) Ms. Stork stood for questions; there were none.
There being no other conferees or written-only testimony submitted, Chairperson Longbine closed the hearing on SB20.
