72-8815. Capitol outlay state aid fund; certification of amount of appropriation. The director of budget and the director of legislative research shall jointly certify to the secretary of state that the aggregate amount of appropriations for the school district capital outlay state aid fund is equal to 100% of the amount that school districts are entitled to receive from the school district capital outlay state aid fund for such school year pursuant to K.S.A. 2014 Supp. 72-8814, and amendments thereto. Upon receipt of such certification, the secretary of state shall cause a notice of such certification to be published in the Kansas register. |
