23-37,302. Enforcement under Hague Convention. (UCCJEA 302). Under K.S.A. 2014 Supp. 23-37,201 through 23-37,317, and amendments thereto, a court of this state may enforce an order for the return of the child made under the Hague Convention on the civil aspects of international child abduction as if it were a child-custody determination.
