75-5320. Seal of secretary. The secretary of social and rehabilitation services shall keep a seal which shall be surrounded by the words "secretary of social and rehabilitation services of Kansas," which shall be of such diameter and with such device as the governor and the secretary of social and rehabilitation services may prescribe, an impression of which shall be filed in the office of secretary of state.
