47-653e. Same; disposal of animals; unlawful acts. The owner or custodian of such swine, immediately after the determination of its appraised value, shall cause such swine to be disposed of in the manner directed by the animal health commissioner or the authorized representative of the animal health commissioner. Any owner or custodian of swine who fails to dispose of swine as directed by the animal health commissioner, upon conviction, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished in the manner provided in K.S.A. 47-607c, and amendments thereto.
