47-651. Deputy state animal health commissioner. Upon the completion of the establishment of such organization, the state animal health commissioner, upon the recommendation of the executive board, shall appoint a competent person as deputy state animal health commissioner for the county. Such county deputy animal health commissioner shall perform all services and discharge all duties in the county hog cholera control work in exact conformity with the rules and regulations promulgated by the animal health commissioner. |
