Senator Francisco made a motion to accept the amendment as presented, seconded by Senator Petersen. The motion carried.
Senator Francisco offered a conceptual amendment that would allow the Revisor to include language stating that payments would be in twelve equal monthly installments.
Senator Francisco made a motion to accept the amendment as presented, seconded by Senator Thompson. The motion carried.
Senator Corson made a motion to pass SB284 as amended, seconded by Senator Petersen. The motion carried.
