Discussion on the amendment included whether the list of necessary and reasonable costs should or should not include radio towers.
Senator Francisco made a motion to adopt only the first balloon on the amendment, seconded by Senator Petersen. The motion carried.
Senator Pittman made a motion to pass SB 487 favorably as amended, seconded by Senator Francisco. The motion carried.
