Chairperson Longbine turned the Committee's attention to action on HB2094. He announced there was an amendment to change the effective date to its publication date in the Kansas Register. (Attachment 6)
Chairperson Longbine moved the amendment, seconded by Senator Gossage. The amendment was adopted .
Senator Kloos moved, seconded by Senator Fagg, to pass HB2094, as amended, with favorable recommendation. The motion carried.
