Chairwoman Warren opened the hearing on HB2395. Jason Thompson provided an overview of the bill and stood for questions. (Attachment 10)
Jason stated HB2395 is the annual legislative review of exceptions to disclosure of public records under the Kansas open records act. If enacted HB2359 would take effect upon publication in the statute book, July, 1, 2023.
There being no further conferees, the hearing on HB2395 was closed.
