Chairperson Delperdang opened the hearing on SCR1603. Nick Myers provided an overview of the bill. (Attachment13). Mr. Myers responded to questions from the committee members.
Senator Fagg provided testimony in support of the bill, but did not provide a written document. Senator Fagg said we need to stand up for our state and he would hope we can work on the gas and oil industry for Kansas. Senator Fagg responded to questions from the committee members.
