Chairperson Patton opened the meeting seeking a motion to approve meeting minutes from January 25th, 30th, 31st an February 1st , 2nd. Representative Smith moved to approve the minutes from January 25th, 30th, 31st an February 1st , 2nd. Representative Lewis seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Chairperson Patton opened the hearing on HB2395. Natalie Scott (Attachment 1) provided an explanation of her Bill Brief. She also provided an explanation for the document (Attachment 2) "2018 New and Substantially Amended Kansas Open Records Exceptions" which she has provided for the membership. Ms. Scott stood for questions.
