Chairperson Warren opened the hearing on HB2016. Jason Thompson provided an overview on the bill and stood for questions. (Attachment 7)
Tim O'Sullivan gave testimony in support of HB2016 on behalf of the Kansas Bar Association. The Kansas Bar Association is interested in clearing up this area of law to ensure title in real property is clear for future transfers.
There being no further conferees, the hearing on HB2016 was closed.
