Eileen Ma, Assistant Revisor, Kansas Revisor of Statutes Office, presented a brief on the bill and stood for questions. There were none. (Attachment 1)
Eric Turek, Director, Government and Public Affairs, Kansas Insurance Department (KID) presented oral proponent testimony. (Attachment 2). He responded to questions from Senators Pittman, Warren, Olson, and Gossage.
There being no other questions, comments, and no other proponent, opponent, or neutral testimony submitted, the Vice Chairperson closed the hearing on SB26.
