65-6150. Unlawful acts. (a) It shall be unlawful for any individual to represent oneself as an emergency medical service provider or instructor-coordinator unless such individual holds a valid certificate as such under this act.

(b) Any violation of subsection (a) shall constitute a class B misdemeanor.
