Chairperson Rahjes opened the hearing on SB142. Kyle Hamilton, Office of the Revisor, provided a brief overview of the bill.

With no further testimony, Chairperson Rahjes closed the hearing on SB142 at 4:07 pm.
Chairperson Rahjes noted that there were formatting changes that needed to be made to previously approved minutes. The changes are technical changes only; no content changes have been made. Without objection the newly formated minutes were approved.
Chairperson Rahjes noted that the follow-up information from the presentation by the Kansas Beef Council would be distributed to committee members via email.
With no further business, Chairperson Rahjes adjourned the meeting at 4:08 pm.
