The Chairperson asked Eileen Ma, Assistant Revisor, Office of the Revisor of Statutes, to give an overview of SB29. (Attachment 1)
Representative Neighbor moved, Representative Rhiley seconded, to recommend SB29 favorably for passage. Motion carried.
The Chairperson asked everyone to refer to the balloon amendment, which was a change back to the Statute Book instead of the Kansas Register. (Attachment 2)
Representative Neighbor moved, Representative Rhiley seconded, to recommend the amendment favorable for passage. Motion carried.
