Chair Kelly opened the hearing on SB 15, recognized David Wiese, Assistant Revisor of Statutes, (remote), who briefed the committee on the bill, (Attachment1)  Question and answer period followed.

Proponents - Chair Kelly recognized Alex Orel, Senior Vice President, Kansas Bankers Association, who provided testimony in support of SB 15,  (Attachment2) . Question and answer period followed.
