Chairperson Barker opened the hearing on HB2056. Matt Sterling, Office of Revisor of Statutes, provided an overview of the bill (Attachment 7).
Chairperson Barker recognized C.M. (Mac) Haddow as a proponent of HB2056 (Attachment 8) (Attachment 8A). Questions were asked by Representatives Smith, Highberger, Howe, Eplee, Waggoner, and Resman.
Chairperson Barker recognized Nick Reinecker as a proponent of HB2056 (Attachment 9).
Chairperson Barker recognized Kenneth Titus as an opponent of HB2056 (Attachment 10). Questions were asked by Representatives Smith, Eplee, Howe and Waggoner.
There being no further conferees, Chairperson Barker closed the hearing on HB2056.
