A memo was received the afternoon of February 20, 2020 from the Kansas Secretary of State's Office withdrawing their request to include the amendment to the bill that was referred to in testimony at the Senate Commerce Committee meeting on February 20, 2020. (Attachment 1)
Senator Rucker moved, seconded by Senator Olson, to pass the bill. The motion carried.
