Chairman Sutton opened the hearing on HB 2561.
Charles Reimer, staff revisor, briefed the committee on the bill.
Mark Skoglud, neutral, testified.
- He stated that, while this bill would address an item identified in the Annual Report, the Commission indicated that it would not oppose the creation of an exception for the highly-specific case and has no concerns regarding the legislation. (Attachment 3)
