Chairperson Tarwater called upon Assistant Revisor, Charles Reimer, Office of Revisor of Statutes, to give an overview of Amendment #1 and Amendment #2. Revisor Reimer answered questions from Committee members.
Chairperson Tarwater moved, seconded by Representative Frownfelter, to amend HB2454. (Attachment 3) Motion passed.
Representative Frownfelter moved, seconded by Representative Burroughs, HB2454 be passed as amended. Motion passed.
