Rachelle Colombo, as Director of Government Affairs for the Kansas Medical Society, spoke in opposition to HB2082. She stated that the bill does not impose any limitations on the administration of injections by pharmacists and requires physicians to opt-out of this expanded scope, She expressed hope that there would be additional collaboration between clinicians and pharmacists before continuing with this bill (Attachment 16).

Ms. Colombo fielded questions from the committee.
