Expand the definition of express advocacy in the campaign finance act to cover phrases where reasonable minds could not differ and delete the requirement that the name of treasurers of organizations be disclosed in advertisements.

Revisor Mike Heim gave an overview of the bill.
Mark Skoglund spoke to the bill. He stated that the bill would help ensure that citizens of Kansas are able to know who is funding election communications. The effect of this change would be to ensure that Kansas residents will be informed regarding communications(Attachment4).
