Representative Ralph moved and Representative Warren seconded to accept the amendment.  The motion to amend passed.  Representative Carmichael asked for a division.  The membership voted 9 to 5 in favor of passing the amendment.  The following members asked their votes be recorded: Voting yes: Owens, Hoheisel, Berqguist, Highberger, Warren.  Voting no: Wheeler, Curtis, Carmichael.

Representative Owens moved and Representative Humphries seconded to pass HB2064 out of committee as amended.(Attachment 11)  The motion passed.  Representative Carmichael asked for a division.  The membership voted 8 to 6 in favor of passing the bill.  The following members asked their votes be recorded:  Voting yes: Owens, Hoheisel, Berqguist, Highberger, Ohaebosim.  Voting no: Wheeler, Curtis, Carmichael.

Chairperson Patton adjourned the meeting at 4:48. The next scheduled meeting is February 11, 2019.
