72-6480. Rules and regulations. (a) The state board may adopt rules and regulations for the administration of the provisions of the classroom learning assuring student success act, K.S.A. 2017 Supp. 72-6463 et seq., and amendments thereto.

(b) The provisions of this section shall be effective from and after July 1, 2015, through June 30, 2017.
